The Cheryl Cole Foundation is to fund The Prince's Trust's xl clubs across the North East, which support vulnerable pupils at risk of exclusion and leaving school with no qualifications.
On a visit to the charity's offices, the singer met a youngster from Newcastle who benefited from the Trust's help and said 'I want to give even more young people in the North East a chance to succeed'.
